We are Michael and Katti Smith. We have both enjoyed respective careers in Accounting and Insurance; however, the experience of losing our home in the 2015 Rowlett tornado had a profound effect on us. It was far more than simply suffering a total loss. It created a need to be more involved within our community to provide an unfulfilled service within our community. We realized we could provide restoration services in a very different way. Because of our experience, we could provide the services with empathy, compassion, and integrity. Our goal is to handle each event with said empathy, compassion, and integrity and assist our clients during a stressful time to help make them whole again.
With our business experience, we place a large emphasis on providing exemplary customer service. Whether we are handling a sudden loss event or simply cleaning a customer’s carpets, we have a unique approach. We focus on the experience for the client. Our mission statement is simple and succinct – Treat others the way we want to be treated.
Katti has over 16 years of insurance industry experience and can help navigate the claim process and explain current coverage.
Michael has a wide range of leadership experience in construction, transportation and accounting and is a very hands-on professional.
Together with our complimentary skill sets and desire to help others and build something special within their community, we believe that we are well poised to deliver the level of service that we would expect in their own home.
